Grown in the highlands of Tarrazú at 1400–1500 metres, this washed lot captures the brightness and clarity the region is known for.
In the cup, expect notes of Turkish delight, red berries, passionfruit, cherry and a touch of candied lemon.
Cherries are picked ripe, fermented for four days in sealed tanks, and then dried slowly on raised beds — a process that brings out vibrant acidity and refined sweetness in every sip.
