Refund Policy

At Meletius Specialty Coffee Roasters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our refund policy below:

Returns & Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on coffee purchases. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Non-Coffee Items: For non-coffee products, such as merchandise or equipment, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Request a Refund: If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us at info@meletius.com with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Policy

We want to make sure your coffee reaches you in perfect condition - as quickly as possible.

Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 2PM (Monday–Thursday) are usually roasted and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed on a Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched from Monday once we’re back in the roastery.

Delivery Options (UK Only)
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

  • Standard Delivery (3–5 Business Days)

  • Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery time starts once your order has been shipped.

  • First Class Delivery (1–2 Business Days)

  • Sent via Royal Mail 1st Class for a faster turnaround — perfect if you’re running low on beans!


Free Delivery
We offer free Standard Delivery on all orders £50 and over.

Order Updates
Once your order’s on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email (and tracking info if applicable). If you haven’t heard from us within two business days, please drop us a message at info@meletius.com and we’ll check in on it.

Delays & Issues
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary due to postal delays. If your coffee hasn’t arrived within the expected window, get in touch and we’ll sort it out quickly.
