Brazil (Poços De Caldas)
Elegant, structured, and quietly complex, Poços de Caldas is a Brazilian single origin shaped by altitude and volcanic soil.
 
Grown between 1000–1300 metres in the crater highlands of Minas Gerais, this lot combines 80% natural and 20% honey processing, a balance that enhances both sweetness and clarity.
 
The region’s mineral-rich volcanic terrain and cooler elevations allow Yellow Bourbon, Catuaí and Catucaí varieties to develop depth, softness, and layered character.
 
The result is a beautifully rounded cup with natural sweetness, gentle fruit expression, and a smooth, refined finish.
